The Indigenous Leadership Summit returns to Sydney in 2026 under the theme 'Rise Strong, Lead Deadly', focusing on amplifying First Nations leadership in boardrooms, executive teams and other influential spaces across Australia. Over several days the summit brings together First Nations leaders and allies from business, government, media and sport to share insights on cultural reform, economic self-determination, corporate reconciliation and career development. The program includes a pre-conference masterclass for Indigenous staff and emerging leaders, keynote presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities designed to build genuine pathways and legacy for First Nations leadership.
