The Alliance Conference 2026: Pathways to Impact – Driving Indigenous Employment Outcomes

About this event

The Alliance Conference 2026 is Australia's only national conference convened by an Indigenous-led peak body, dedicated exclusively to First Nations employment and training. Hosted by the National Indigenous Employment and Training Alliance (The Alliance) in Meanjin (Brisbane), the one-day program brings together First Nations organisations, employers, government representatives and sector leaders to share ideas and explore practical solutions for stronger employment outcomes. This year's theme, 'Pathways to Impact: Driving Indigenous Employment Outcomes', focuses on turning conversation into action, with attendees hearing Indigenous perspectives and learning practical strategies to strengthen recruitment, retention and career pathways. The conference concludes with The Alliance Conference Dinner Celebration.
