About this event
A hands-on native BBQ cooking class with First Nations chef Chris Jordan at Northey Street City Farm. The class starts with a guided garden walk to identify seasonal bush foods and their traditional uses. Participants then cook dishes such as charred kangaroo loin with saltbush, BBQ fish with seaweed butter and wattle seed vinaigrette salad. Recipes are emailed afterwards.
