About this event
Journey Among Men brings together newly made cultural belongings by eight First Peoples artists: Mick Harding, Brendan Kennedy, Kevin Williams, Earl Handy, Mitchil Harding, Cahill Kennedy, Iluka Sax-Williams and Lewis Wandin-Bursill. The works were developed over two years on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung, Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung, Gunai/Kurnai, Yorta Yorta and other Countries. Through carving, burning, incising and other practices, the exhibition celebrates intergenerational knowledge and the healing power of art among First Peoples men. Entry is free and the exhibition closes on 22 November 2026.
