Indigenous Sneakers and Slides Lab - ages 12 to 17

Join us for a creative journey into Aboriginal culture through sneaker and slide design Embark on a cultural and artistic adventure with Nikkita! Learn about Indigenous patterns' significance, promote appreciation, and express artistry. Please approach with respect and curiosity. Bring Your Own Sneakers and Slides. Some slides can be provided. To make it more personal, bring your own sneakers and/or slides to decorate and paint. To ensure fairness and give all children in our community a chance to attend the activities, there is a limit of three (3) tickets per person. If you book more than the allowed number of tickets, your extra tickets may be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. To help us keep you and our community safe: 🧒 Children under the age of 13 years must be supervised by a guardian at all times while in a City of Canning Library (siblings 16 years + are deemed suitable to supervise). ✅ Please ensure that children participating in the activities are within the specified age limit for the event. Children who do not meet the required age for specific activities/events may have their ticket cancelled.
