About this event
Colours of our Country is an annual exhibition and sale of Aboriginal art from the Pilbara region, held in the Perth CBD and proudly exhibited by Rio Tinto. Now in its 21st year, the 2026 exhibition features up to 150 artworks by independent artists and artists represented by Yinjaa-Barni Art Centre and Cheeditha Art Group, with Kariyarra and Yindjibarndi woman Wendy Warrie as the 2026 Signature Artist. Visitors can view and purchase artwork in person or online, with proceeds going directly to the artists, art centres and their communities. The exhibition also includes a Meet the Artists program connecting visitors with artists through live painting, storytelling and conversation.

Weekdays 8:00am – 4:30pm; closed public holiday Monday 28 September; artwork also available to purchase online 24/7. Meet the Artists sessions run Tuesday 22 – Thursday 24 September, 10:00am – 2:00pm.
