About this event
Uncle Rick takes small groups out onto Djaara Country around Castlemaine, visiting significant trees and cultural sites he has chosen himself and sharing knowledge and connection to Country as you walk. The tour runs for two hours from the Castlemaine Market Building. Uncle Rick also recommends visiting the Boorp Boorp Boondyil exhibition, which includes Dja Dja Wurrung Creation stories shared by the Nelson family.
