About this event
A two-session course at the Walyalup Aboriginal Cultural Centre. Have a yarn while learning to weave baskets and earrings from natural and dyed raffia. An experienced local First Nations weaver guides participants through the process and all materials are provided. Session 2: Thursday 17 September 2026, 11:00am–12:00pm AWST. The $50 ticket covers both sessions on 10 and 17 September.
Good to know
The Walyalup Aboriginal Cultural Centre is a heritage pilot cottage in the Bathers Beach Art Precinct, open Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 3pm. All materials are provided. Refunds are available until the class commences.
